I wouldnt go too much off the colour considering how rotted the carcass looks, but Smoothhound and Spurdog are possibilities too..

To be honest, I think there are a lot of possibilities with this one. It's definately a small shark rather than a ray, but past that it's hard to tell. Some kind of dogfish is a possibility, but it could also be a smoothhound of some kind or a spurdog. The colour of the fins looks more like a type of smoothhound, but it's obviously well decayed and without a better view of its back and fins, it's hard to say anything very concrete about it. 70cm would put it in the range for just about any native shark I've seen too!
