British Seahorses

Seahorses in Thames - Times Online

From The Times Online today this article tells how colonies of seahorses are to be found in the Thames Estuary. Wonderful news

That's great news - I love seahorses . Let's hope they can be left in peace (apart from those monitoring them of course) now the news is out tho.....

I wish they hadn't told anybody, because now they're at risk from morons wanting to turn them into jewellry box lids with 'Present from London' written on them.

That is brilliant news!!There are sea horses around the purbeck area too and I`ve never read any reports of them being harmed, I think they will be quite safe as they are so elusive creatures.I wonder how long they`ve been there as they are quite difficult to find.
