| | | Narwhals I know Narwhals are NOT a British species, but I saw a lovely photo of a group of about a dozen or more, seen breaking through the ice in the Canadian High Artic. This picture was published in today's Daily Mail, pages 32-33, worth a look I think? (sorry I don't know how to do a link). These creatures have some sort of mythical status I believe? |

I think the mythical status is that it may be part of the unicorn derivation; cross a Narwhal with a horse + what do you get? |
