how to cook get skewer force between front legs then barbecu until it changes colour leave to cool enjoy |

Put them in a sealed bucket (because they'll climb out otherwise) in clean cold water and allow the gut content to clear naturally. If you don't, you'll be cooking them with their guts full of dead rats, fish and bacteria of all descriptions.
