ID this aquatic plant please

My husband got this plant from a water plant nursery in Essex and needs help identifying it. He thinks it may be a type of Oenanthe but wold appreciate some confirmation.

Reminds me of Fool's Watercress Apium nodiflorum, but from a nursery it could be anything.
