Are my Tadpoles Safe?

Can anyone tell me if the resident frog in my water container would eat newly introduced tadpoles?
I have just aquired 15 tadpoles from a neighbour, and I want to put them in my wildlife container pond. I sucessfully raised several tadpoles to froglets last year and hoped to have the same success again. I have not put them in the container yet as I have a resident frog living there. I would hate it if the frog ate the tadpoles. Can anyone help?

well I'm not sure, I suppose a hungry frog might eat tadpoles, but then don't you want frogs? Could this be one of your previously raised froglets?
I would have thought most of your taddies would escape a frog, esp if there are plants in your pond?

I suppose, in a way, you can't have frogs without tadpoles and you can't have tadpoles without frogs??
