I have spotted orchids ,and what I think may be Viper's Bugloss. Sometimes a handy traffic jam helps! I've seen lots of Evening Primrose locally and of course stacks of Rosebay Willowherb. Did see Sea Holly on a central reservation once too. | Maybe an Orache? (Your mystery plant) Oh or Weld
