as an adendum to my last post.....the local council issued grey plastic boxes to all households to recycle paper....these arent used any more...im guessing loads of people recycled their bins for good use...as for me...i changed mine in to a moth trap and with a low power light, 15 watt, i record the moths in my back garden and report my findings....so i feel at least im doing something this way....
