| | What do you do with Plastic bottles? I save any large plastic bottles, the ones with handles like the fabric softener and bleach size bottles, and make them into scoops. I use the scoops for chicken/dog food or potting compost, they have many uses. Smaller bottles I use for birdseed and make some into funnels (stops me spilling screen wash all over the engine when filling up). The bottom of the bottle can make small dishes or tubs.
Does anyone else do this? |

| | | Re: What do you do with Plastic bottles? Large plastic bottles with the bottom cut off and turned upside down can make reasonably effective cloches.
Tall cylinders cut from the same can be used as rings to protect seedlings from slug damage.
