Why don't the Government make it legislation that all plastic carrier bags are biodegradable.
I feel that M&S charging for carrier bags is just another way to make money and nothing to do with the environment, though it is a good marketing ploy.

I really want a string bag, fit in the pocket and should hold as much as a donkey can carry. Do I have to go to the "Ashley Book of Knots" and tie my own, or does anyone know where they be bought?
