| | | CD/DVD Disks Are CD/DVD discs recyclable? I wondered because I've been sorting through all mine and have about 30 to ditch. In the past I would just throw them in with the "normal" rubbish (after making them unusable), but now we have a "plastics" bin, can they go in it ?
There's no triangular recycle logo on them to indicate yea or nay for recycling. |

| | | Re: CD/DVD Disks id be surprised if they can be, many chemicals used in the process, although new discs have been developed using much less materials and about a third of the weight of current model of disc and flexi i hear. Id be interested to hear any views on use of old discs apart from bird scarers |

| | | Re: CD/DVD Disks You have seen the old films where the specialist wears a disc with a hole in it on his head to reflect light (to aid examinations) ? ,well the CD/DVD is useful for this try it
It can also be used with a compact camera (lense through the middle)to throw a little more light into dark corners
