| | | Re: Recycling String Hi, yes it is plastic string but our recycling center only takes clear plastic (crazy, I know) and this stuff is blue, so I am getting quite inventive with it. I wont give it back to the newsagent because then he'll throw it in the bin as is and that's no good, So I think I'll be getting a couple of new hobbies this year. Thanks for the advice. Fi. X X X X

| | | Re: Recycling String Hi everyone I know I started this ages ago but I just thought I'd tell you that the string has been a huge success with the birds I hung a small basket on my sycamore tree with a load of nice soft fur from my dog, some ribbon and a load of this darn string and now I'm happy to report that there will be a fair few blue nests in my area, they took the string and left everything else. Thanks. Fi. X X X X

Yes...only natural string should be put out for birds to use in all fairness.
