Still getting out and about...

It's been a while since I last posted on the forum and just thought I'd let those that remember me that I'm still getting out and about although because od damage done to my lungs due to early medication for my RA I can't do as much nowadays.
However I did manage just short of 150 walks last year and if all goes well may beat that this.
The website is still going and between that and the walking it pretty well fills my time.

Good to hear that your getting out Dave. I can appreciate having been hit by illness this year just how important it is to continue to get out and about - that is my main motivation for continuing living Keep it up - more power to your legs and determination mate

Good for you, sorry your not in the best of health but it does you good getting out and about like P said it makes you feel alive..
