Beautiful place to explore. For a short walk you can walk around the
headland and use the lane to to make it a circular walk of about
5 mile. for something more strenuous you can't beat the coast path
it can be difficult to make circular walks, but most villages along the
coast are served by buses which gives you the option of walking
out and getting the bus back. At night take a walk up the lane at
the back of the village, the last time I was there it was a hotspot
for glow worms.

| | | Re: Im going walking in noss mayo a bit late i know, but i went for a walk around there today. we went the 'clockwise' way around the path, starting with the hilly bit first, around the head and then following the track and road back in to noss mayo. stopping for a drink in the ship pub at the end.
a nice easy stroll, took about 1 1/2 hours or so. it was a bit overcast and the wind was a bit cold but worth it. probably better in the summer or on a clear day. | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
