The green ones particularly change the heel cup fit quite a bit, so may not work well on all footwear, I can't put greens in my work shoes for example and so have a black pair for those. | I've never found that to be a problem, most boots have some kind of insole or footbed in them anyway that you have to remove before putting in the Superfeet. The shops that I use have staff who are trained to fit them correctly, and usually there have been pairs of Superfeet around that are used for customers to try with boots.

I used to and sometimes still do, but not for while, suffer from painful knee joints. Nowadays, I eat plenty of cheese and fish.
When I did the 17 mile on Sunday gone, I wish i had them walking poles to aid me along.
Although, I had my Scarpa trainer's on. I felt fine, but a blister came on.
God help me on my Coast to Coast walk. | Before I started using Superfeet, I used to suffer with excruciating pain in my hips, like someone was sticking knives in. £34.00 to completely get rid of that is money well spent as far as I'm concerned. For me it's the difference between being able to go out walking when I want for as long as I want, or being stuck at home, not able to walk for longer than about half an hour.

| | | Re: Superfeet footwear insoles I have to say, from what I have heard from everyone on here and others, I am certainly planning on going into one of the big Manchester outdoor shops and trying a pair in my boots. They do sound the business. I have noticed as I am getting older, a slight increase in little aches, pains and twinges from time to time in my legs and feet on my walks, so these could be just the ticket (or at the very least provide me with hope as my forties loom ahead of me).

| | | Re: Superfeet footwear insoles My stepmam has had constant problems with her feet and hips etc, now been diagnosed that her pelvis isn't fused properly, anyway, her physio people ask her if she uses inserts and on 2 separate occasions they have told her that they cannot recommend anything better.
I've just turned 28, I've got problems with my knees (pain and clicking) a physio diagnose patella femoral pain syndrome over a telephone appointment she gave me some exercises but they didn't do much. In an actual appointment with a doctor he referred me to the hospital for xrays which turned up nothing as expected, an MRI would have been better. Waste of time.
I spoke with my stepmam she suggested getting my gait checked and after doing so I was told by the nice man in StartFitness that my left foot is supinated and my right is normal. So after popping in my superfeet and getting myself some more supportive asics trainers, I have noticed a difference. Years of wearing Reebok Classics has ruined me.
I was a bit wary of the price but then I used the power of Google and found them for less than £20.
Depends which colour you're after you'll prob have to search some more but I went with general Black Superfeet £19.99 | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
