| | | Re: Public Parks and Dogs There are no irresponsible dogs - only irresponsible owners. I have owned dogs all my life and would, in no way, let any one of them behave in that manner. Ours are very boisterous border collies who live on our farm as outdoor dogs (not running lose). If we have anyone visiting, our dogs are shut inside until we know that our visitors will be comfortable with them. If you own a dog or dogs it should be for your pleasure and not for the displeasure or uncomfort of others.
