We camped for a weekend at the farm at the edge of the village, turned out it was their carnival weekend, never forget a band thrashing out Black Sabbath numbers on the back of a lorry trailer outside the other pub up the street... anyhooo, no piccies from that one? |

Haven't been up in about a month, but I can still see ravines of snowdrift on the hilltops. It shows how much temperature varies with altitude. But isn't hot air meant to rise? And the peaks are closer to the sun. What figures? |

I mean, who in their right mind would swap crispy white snowy hills for deep sticky mud and farmers fields??
