Congratulations J.P. I do envy your exploits they sound brilliant. I was in Melrose (Scottish Borders) a couple of weeks back and met a nice bloke walking from the Lizard to John o' Groats. I chatted to him for ages and considering how far he had come on foot seemed in remarkably good nick. Maybe when the kids are older......(looks wistfully out of the window.....).

Thank's for the comments, presently planning return trip next year, (only six months till the day length returns), as well as being pleased with my tent and back pack i should praise the berghaus explorer boots which aren't worn out with over a thousand miles on them.
