Whilst in my local outdoor store, I came across this stove. It is a lookalike of the Pocket Rocket, so impressed with it, I got it as a back-up for a brew up using the 125 gas canister with the MSR Titanium Mug

Yes, half the price, but to pay by Paypal, which is a bit of fart on. I got mine for £9, no waiting for Postman Pat to arrive either

Yes, Jim. I was pretty impressed with it, I've tried it out this afternoon. Boils water in less than 3 minutes.

I plan to use it on the C2C walk as a stove for a quick brew-up using a titanium mug with them small 125 gas canisters. For the camp-site, I'm going to use the Primus Gravity EF stove, bit more weight, then what the heck for a few more grams.

But why not take just the 'new' stove and leave the Primus Gravity behind?

Hi Jim, I think he's planning on having both stoves in use at the same time in campsite, 'cos he's going to have 'a right royal nosh-up' every night, I hope he doesn't get any aches and pains for carrying too much weight. (I mean in his ruck-sack, not on his body, HeHe) ......Posie...
