Well my Mum-in law is 85 this year and her old bod is a bit dodgy but believe me, her mind is pin sharp. My mum is 81 and fit as a flea.

Me Mum is not 81 years old, but a bit younger at 75 years old. I always go round to my Mums for my dinner and As I cycling to her house, there she was coming back from the shop carrying 2 bags of shopping. When I do my shopping, I carry 2 bags of shopping, but I moan about my elbows hurting to me Mum. Son, she say's why not use the bike and put the shopping in the pannier bags. Good idea, I thought. Went shopping on Sunday gone, weighed the 2 panniers when I got home and the weight came to 35lbs total. No wonder my arms ached, but does my Mums arms ache, probably. Is true that woman are the tougher sex.
