I think 60 might be more suggestive, Dutchess. Although, when I see that Italian margarine advert, where the old Grannie shakes down the olives from the tree. There was another advert from many years ago, with super Gran in it. Can't remember the advert now.

What makes me laugh, when you get women come in the store shopping where I work. Is that there dress up, trying to re-gain their youth esq when with the daughter. I mean, some of them are rough as old boots. I think some of the men don't really bother much, some are - well I need'nt ask. What is it about old men wearing shorts with sandals with white socks on. I mean I wear shorts and I'm nearly 53 (next week don't forget

) but wear sandals with no socks. With all the cycling I do, I can afford to do so without the

Sandals and socks ho! Jugoslavia, Hvar, naturist beach. I had the Hungarian, Austrian, German and Polish neighbours comvinced you could spot a Brit by Sandals and Socks. Into the site drove a Rover with trailer tent. Pitched up. The couple went for a beer... in sandals and socks... they came back to a crowd waiting for them... they had no idea why they were so popular for the next two weeks with bottles of wine, beer, food etc. I hope they had the best holiday of their lives.

They were so confused about being the favourites of an area of the camp. Poor souls, both over 70 and really fine folks. Didn't speak a word of the language, either of them. It was grand the way the Austrians, Germans, Hungarians and Poles took them under their respective wings. All because of socks and sandals. I think they went home in a bit of a daze. One night there was a party and we all turned up to invite them, Charles and Sarah, they were named, it was the 1st time I had spoken to them and they were amazed at the friendliness of everyone, well naturists are friendly, you can't hide anything. No clothes! The blokes took him fishing and to the local pubs, etc, and the womenfolk gathered Sarah to them and nattered in broken English to her. I really think they had a wonderful time. They were from Cirencester I think. West country acccents anyway. I didn't have that much to do with them as Tunja, my daughter was only little and I was learning Dadhood.

Plappermaul ! this is off-topic, ah well, I'm older now and therefore it sort of fits.
