Hi Pauline & Ian.

Just had a butchers' at the zen site & fell in love with the heron , it reminds me of myself when I'm in a "mood". Liked quite a few of the scenic things too. fell asleep reading the novel so will wait for it to be serialised on BBC Radio 4.

Thanks Davy and Ben.... yes that was one fed up looking bird - his expression quite clearly said 'Oh gawd - more tourists and they're stopping and pointing a camera at me - I wish they would all sod off back to where they came from - how would they like it if I turned up in their back garden and stalked their pond ......' Hahahahaha!!!!
