There is nothing i love more then getting out in the fresh air (providing im warm!) and marvelling at the nature around me.
the only trouble is i live in a top floor flat with no garden in the middle of a busy town with no car!!!! Does anyone have any tips on how i can get out and about more? i live in Cheltenham if any one knows any where near by

Here's a few suggestions for scenic walks...
Timbercombe Woods (SE. Parking/ starting at Beeches Road)
Nuthill, Upton St. Leonards
Belas Knap NE of Cheltenham, near Charlton Abbots
Churchdown Hill near the village of Churchdown in Gloucestershire, parking at stump lane.
There's also the deer & bird park at Prinknash.
