BBC to visit Isle of Coll - Basking sharks
Hi,

since my last post, the BBC have been in contact and are now preparing a film crew to visit the Isle of Coll towards the end of July. There are currently 37 Basking Sharks swimming just offshore, so hopefully the trip will be worthwhile and the BBC will make a great wildlife programme.

Anyone visiting Coll, bikes can be hired and there is a camp site. Roads are pretty bad in some places due to heavy lorries and the building of a new airport. However walking to the North of the Island, Gallanach area is simply wonderful. Cheers
