(just thought I'd throw that in) |

| | | Re: Glucosamine....Anybody else using it? I've never taken glucosamine, so I'm afraid I can't vouch for it's effectiveness, but I do buy some supplements from Healthspan Healthspan - Nutrition for Life as they tend to be cheaper than Holland & Barrett and many other supplement suppliers. The site seems to be down at the moment, but should be up and running again soon. |

Chondroitin is from shell fish I think.
Too much Omega 6 is bad for you if you have asthma.
The dog had to have these after a cruciate ligament snapped and it def helped the recovery. | Hi. I think you will find that Chondroitin is from bovine or shark cartilage.

I think I might try glucosamine, might help my neck. Interesting thread. |

I was wondering if anybody else was taking Glucosamine and what their thoughts on the dosage were.
I've only been taking them for a week or so, so it's too early to say if they are doing any good just yet.
Dave | Did they help? I've just started taking them (for a week now) which reminds me I had better go and take one - I keep forgetting.
It looks nice up the Lakes. We are planning to go up there in the summer, thats if we don't get tempted by Snowdonia again on the way up.
Nice web site by the way. | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
