| | | First tentative steps of 2008 After my recent problems with lower back/leg pain and foot pain we took ourselves out yesterday for a short walk in our local area. Although only short at 5 miles and on the falt we both enjoyed just getting out. The back/leg gave me no problems but towards the end of the walk the foot started to hurt across the top a bit. I "iced" it when I got back home and it seems OK this morning.

| | | Re: First tentative steps of 2008 Thanks everybody, the foot didn't seem to suffer any reaction to yesterdays short walk overnight so not wanting to miss a nice day we went up to Levens Park today (nr Kendal) for another short one. Pleased to say very little pain today.

Pauline | Hope that you feel better soon Pauline. we didn't walk quite as far today but did a little more ascent ,though not much. The good thing is that I had hardly any pain. I'm going to take it easy still, don't want to miss out when the good weather comes.
