Halfords were selling a similar (liquid) product manufactured by Holts around 45 years ago. It was very successful in all types of tyres.
Some cars come these without a spare and have all four tyres treated with a similar liquid product eg Honda.

I got a flat yesterday going over my local commons on my motor scooter.Very scary I nearly fell off the bike.Had to wait for hubby to come with the car and pump it up to get it home.Think I have a slow punture.

Rode a push bike to work every day for the last 5 years only 2 puncs , done various trips on it like the west highland way no puncs just lucky ah?
There are a few more punctures at this time of year with hedge cutting but only if your driving around country lanes a lot. Also theres more punctures when its wet (lubrication for objects to penertrate rubber).

Does not mean you dont get punctures, you havent had a puncture, you can run on a runflat for about 50 miles at reduced speed much after that you ll ruin the tyre and they cost a penny or 2.

I average two punctures a month and a new tyre through puncture every 2 months,,,I spend loads of time on hardcore and rubble tracks,,,and my tyres get destroyed,,, and my cars have 150000 miles after three years ,,,,
