Walking in the Lake District

Hi Dave, I hope you had another good trip and I am waiting to read your next instalment.

Have you done the new Honister Via Ferrata walk that opened this year? I think its the old route the miners use to have to take to the mine. It is aimed at hill walkers rather than climbers but is an accompanied walk and hard hats are required. I quite fancy it myself, the views must be fantastic, it was a great experience in the car but walking it must be something else!
