Everytime this thread reappears it starts to snow here - scarey ... 
Must go out and brave the freezing winds tonight ... Sheffield City Council - Central Ensembles Anyone in Sheffield should be down at the City Hall ... snow or not! Quote:

It is still freezing and overcast here. Looks like it wants to rain any minute. When is spring coming back? I just want to curl up into a ball and hibernate at the moment. |

Where abouts in Sussex are you? I grew up in what is now dormitory land but then was a small village between Worthing and Littlehampton. Up here in Buxton Spa, it's still fairly cold, but above freezing and the sun is shining just now. I'm minding the shop today, but as it's very quiet I'm spending my time on the forum!

It has been really Grey, Damp and cold here all day today
But the good news is they reckon by Tuesday Spring will of returned ( well in kent at least)
the temperature will be back up to about 17 degrees.  Hopefully thats the last of the really cold weather out of the way now!!! |
