Going to be a white xmas afterall. | Yes we got it, 2 inches yesterday, another 4 inches today, and we've now had 4 1/2 weeks of continuous snow cover . Depth on the ground is over a foot, again. I'm beginning to run out of places to stack it. Anyone want some?
I'm dreaming of a green Christmas .... but unless a volcano erupts underneath us tonight I don't think that is likely ... |

| | | Re: Snow I have a funny feeling most of us won't be seeing much more snow. But it's just a feeling. I might be completely wrong. I dunno even when it's frosty it doesn't really have that snow smell or snow feel to the air. I guess it could change quickly though.
It was looking to turn out a very snowy winter last November and December, didn't have more than two weeks of snow at a time, but it's turning out to be very mild and wet (or even sometimes mild and dry) just now. It's usually the other way around, isn't it? Mild and wet in December, cold, icy and snowy in January and February? | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
