Seems many a year since we had what I call a proper winter in Lincolnshire. I can remember though not being able to get to school as a child because the bus could not get through the snow on quite a few occaisions.

Only had a small amount of snow in the midlands last year, not even here long enough to take pictures of.
would be nice to have some over the Christmas holiday period, but some how don't think thats going to happen

We had more than enough - eight foot high snow drifts in March for the last two or three years.
