It has been overcast here all day and has just started to rain.

Lovely sunny morning, went for the paper and bread, saw some nice stuff like grey waggies and st georges mushrooms, but like Pippa, soooooooo wet and windy this afternoon, yesterday we had hailstones - an intense and long shower, size of peas - didnt help the veg plot and flowers.

Torrential rain from early morning until until 4.00pm then sunny - 7 days of rain now

Snow over the hills over night the mountains up the Great Glen look lovely with the snow same over on the Black Isle,today started off sunny but deteriated quickly to squally showers that were heavy at times and no sign of it letting up more to come by the look of the sky

Quite a mixed day, cloudy to start with, rain by midday and then sunny but blustery after 3pm, quite cool but refreshing to be out in.
