Whats your weather like today?

Now the wind has subsided,Sunhine and showers for rest of today.Tonight still a strong breeze but it Will be clear.Might see a few meteors near Polaris.

We had heavy snow followed by heavy rain which melted some of the snow leaving the rest as slush. It's fair at the moment and the sky has brightened a lot in the last hour or so. More snow forecast for overnight and tomorrow, but hopefully it won't freeze.

Well the wind has dropped and the rain has stopped (for now,) but it is a little cooler, 6c.

Rain overnight but dry since at least 6am. Wind has eased since yesterday. Temperature around 5°C. Rain forecast for late morning/afternoon.

I couldn't help but wonder how you were doing and whether you had electricity?

We have cloud cover and dry for dawn, breezy slightly but nothing rattling yet tho winds and rain are forecast anywhere from 10am to midday for us depending on which projection watched ........ ho hum .........

We were fine yesterday Pauline, the bad winds were well south of us. Unfortunately we've had a freeze overnight and the slushy stuff has frozen solid. It isn't too bad on the main roads as they've been gritted, but the side roads are lethal.

I took Bob to work this morning and then went to Tesco to get a couple of bits, I parked the car, stuck one foot on the ground, then got it back inside and came home. The entire carpark was just solid ice, I'm amazed I only did one tiny skid on the way out. I'll go back later when it's daylight, hopefully the ice will have melted by then.

Still quite blustery but dry just now, just one mishap occurred we have one eucalyptus tree at half kilter. Will probably do myself a favour and get shut.
