showers of rain on and off all day and so windy I had trouble being heard on the phone outside this evening and its cold. But never mind, lifes good and summers around the corner  |

Bonny and bright this morning, great light but still cool. Had a first at the feeders this morning, a Great Spotted Woodie. Ran for the camera but by the time I had the lens mounted it was gone. Would've waited for it to come back but work was calling. Never mind, she knows where we live now
P.S. Never leave your bins on the kitchen window sill first thing in the morning when you're doing last night's dishes. It'll cost you precious seconds if something tasty comes along.

11 degrees centigrade.Sun struggling through.Clouds high and wind moderate.Has the makings of a pleasant enough day.Shorts still at the back of the drawer and sunblock sales are down.

Dry and breezy. Clouds come over and it looks like we're going to get some rain then it just passes. 
Desertification comes to mind.
