A nice early start to the day out on Windermere - flat calm. A light shower and clouds rolling in from the south west for breakfast and now plain old cloudy with a cool wind.

Sun shining fitfully, layers of cloud and a breeze blowing the blossom off trees.

The showers drips and drops are watering the plants in pots.At least it is the last day for April showers.

Weird. We've had glorious sunshine, heavy rain, and now we've got hailstones whilst it's sunny.

We're forecast wintry showers on the hills for tomorrow though.

Sorry to hear your forecast Audrey been nice up here had one outburst of rain about 330pm and thats been it.
Forecast for the weekend looks not to bad according to them supposedly nice and sunny chance of a scattered shower South of the Great Glen

Beena lovely day here in Teesside, bit windy, but mild. It must heavy in the early hours of Friday am, guessing it's shifting down to the South-East for Sunday.
