I was in your neck of the woods today, Bill. Hubby and I had a walk along the River Nairn, south from the Howford bridge. Bit damp at times, but a lot warmer than it has been.

We came up over the Dava, there's been a lot of snow there, which is now starting to melt, I've never seen so much water there. What are normally little streams are quite wide rivers, and the little lochans seem to be quite big lochs now.

Beautiful sunshine in a wall to wall blue sky, little or no breeze. Had one of my bigger grazing fields rolled this last week, and that shows how much things have dried up, especially as we're on clay here. Trouble is with rolling, it all comes ready on the same day, and unfortunately ''Rome wasn't built in a day''..HeyHo.....

Yet another beautiful day...Blue sky, bright sunshine, light breeze. Forecast says some cloud and poss. showers.....But rain proper coming Thursday...We'll see, we never did gey those strong gale force winds they promised us here on South Coast a couple of weeks ago...Michael Fish has a lot to answer for...
