There is a deep, dark thunderstorm here, right over the house, with hailstones like massive chunks of ice. It's been going on for an hour, and when it shows any sign of moving on, it returns with a vengeance.

Has been mostly overcast and muggy here with the sun appearing occasionally.
Had a thunderstorm mid afternoon with rain which was quite refreshing to be truthful,but getting muggy again...

I dont know(do I remember the same complaint last year!) but I rescued my weather stick which had fallen onto the ground and its back in use.Its sticking up at mo-so more rain tonight for us here
At least I havent got to water the garden......
