i agree with gill but also see camos point, with this weather may be the chances are slim?

it would be better if they were current, its amazing to think that a sunrise / sunset you are looking at on here happened in this country while you were looking at a grey wet sky in your own part of the world!

(i think that makes sense )

Re: Sunset photos (:

A serious question. When and why do we get Sunsets? Is now a good time to get sunsets? I love Leifus's idea but may be we won't see many sunsets over the next week.

Good question. I am never out and about to see sunsets here anyway, and I would have to go for a drive to see one...Can you include sunrises, too?

Another question, can you tell by looking at a photo whether it is a picture of a sunrise or a sunset (if you're not familiar with the location ).

Re: Sunset photos (:

I have definetly already taken these and but they are WAB and no one has seen them before, so until I can take a new Sunrise/set this is to keep an interest going.

Oh nice guys, all of them. Taking sunsets is addictive isn't it? Specially if you have somewhere to share them.

Anyone else having a problem?

I've just been back and checked and I am missing the first 2, no red crosses either, the third pic is fine.

Re: Sunset photos (:

That's crazy. I can open all three. I don't understand why no one else can. They are all the same type of file so there should be no conflict.

I will try it another way. See if it works this time.

The Leamington Sunset

The Coventry Sunset

The Blundellsands Sunset

Hi, I took this one on way home from nightshift at 6am. I know yes it is a sunrise but does it matter? 8-)

Here's another one from Lea. Not great quality, but I think it's nice.

Love the white light.

And one from Salcombe looking out to the sea.

Being fairly new here I'd not visited this section until this evening - wow, what have I been missing?! Superb photos one and all.

This whole site gives me so much inspiration to use my camera more.
