| | | UK dry days Anyone know of a site that states how many dry days we had in the UK last year? Region or town specific would be good. |

I've had a google for you but to no avail! Until my computer crashed on me I kept a database of the weather daily + temperature & daily recordings of wildlife in my garden. I can now do so again on Tufftie's PC but maybe (though a little too late to get the results you're after for 2008) a new thread in the weather section WAB could log daily temperatures from all county's across the UK and be a reference to pluck from though I think it would be tedious in doing so unless there was a sub section given to each county...Just a thought, don't know how viable it could be?!? Soz, as I'd also like to know the likes & differences from place to place!!!

You could try emnailing the met office as they probably have statistics - enquiries@metoffice.gov.uk
Or one of the weather forums may be able to help as the people on them often have detailed records going back years. My wife rates Netweather very highly. The forum is at Netweather Forum - UK and Worldwide Weather Discussion (Powered by Invision Power Board)
