First pic was taken on he 9th Feb, last year, the other was taken on the 2nd of Feb this year.
What a difference. The trees haven't grown much though.

Haven't been able to get out the house for one reason or another (and not just because of snow!), so this is my only contribution (I did have another fairly nice one of a robin but Picasa seems to have eaten it  ):
