| | | Silver lining Afters weeks and weeks without rain we had a belter last evening - the wind blew and the rained bucketed down for about an hour and a half. No damage done in our garden though and there is plenty to smile about - I swear everything has greened up already. I'd reached the point of grouping pot plants together in the shade and dunking every couple of days to keep them going and now I can put them out and about again; also get the last of the bedding plants etc. in whilst the ground's damp.
But, and this is the best bit - I went for a decko around the garden when the rain stopped, and peering into a corner by the shed I found an enormous toad. It made my day!

We had it here on Saturday Lighting Thunder and loads of rain.
Sorry to say I was driving in it and could just about see out the windscreen,
It was that heavy the drains could not take it away,
Whatever you do don't kiss the toad, You never know what it will turn into
