It was very localised. There was upwards of 100mm rain in a couple of hours around Ottery, but the total for the same period in Exeter (not exactly far away) was just 6mm. Even the Met Office described it as a 'cloudburst'. |

Out with my Friends for a meal and they were saying how bad the weather was hail stones and lots off rain hope everyone is ok I have not seen the news yet.
