So Much Rain Recently...

Hi WAB'ers,

It feels as if there hasn't been a day with some rain for ages! It will be giving way to more sunshine later next week though, I believe


...these are from today.


It didn't put off the Sawfly larvaes, though. They eat day, night and even through the rain. Without stopping!

What do you do wildlife-wise when it's raining non-stop?

Rain can be beautiful when shown like this

We went out today regardless and between showers found some really nice fungi.



We walked miles in wellingtons and raincoats.

A nice day, regardless of the weather.

The dog still wants his walks so its on with the waterproofs and down the park.In actual fact I tend to enjoy those walks as much as any other.As long as its not horizontal rain!!
You have to look for the wildlife though,be it a beetle under a leaf or a heron in a tree-its still out there!!
If I am stuck indoors and the chores are done then I tend to go on the computer and either sort out my photos or end up on here!

If not, the rain makes for interesting photographic opportunities!
