Don't know which channel, but Becky Mantin  Purely for aesthetic reasons but she has got a silky voice that could turn men to treacle.

My vote was for Ulrika kaka, She gave me hug on Scarborough beach when she did the weather forecast from there.....( many moons ago )
I think the forecast was for rain....No change there then

I used to like Micheal Fish as my family used to bet whether he would be right or wrong  I think it was the latter most of the time, but i think he did well forcasting to such an old age.
