| | | Flamborough spectacular Just thought I'd mention the sights at North Landing Flamborough on Good Friday. Having spent a few hours in Brid, which was rather windy and very cold, someone suggested a run through to Flamborough, so we all reluctantly agreed to join them.
As we got out of the car at Flamborough we could hardly stay on our feet, but what a fantastic sight as we looked over the cliff top. The tide was in, and the sea was absolutely raging. A group of us stood for maybe 10 minutes just watching this spectacular event and marvelling at the picture before us. I know coastal erosion is the possible downside of such weather, but this view of the sea on the East Coast is something we will all remember for a long time.
