Beautiful, if a little cold!
I walked the few miles home from work earlier because the hubby needed the car and it was lovely walking part road, part Thames path watching the long-tailed tits, robins and red kite to name a few.

Beautiful sunny day in Cranleigh, Surrey, today. A bit chilly but not anywhere near as cold as I had been expecting. The best bit was that it was still light just after 5pm when I left work; the evenings are drawing out. YIPPEE!!!!

Awww lucky thing, we have sunshine but very very cold out. Was desperate for much promised snow My daughter is up in Leeds and she texted to say there's snow there.

Bright and sunny with only a light breeze, but no rain or snow here in rural Cambs this morning. Bitterly cold overnight though with a sheet of ice covering most of my ponds and with the temperature still at zero degrees (according to the car's thermometer) when I went to the local bakers - in the next village - first thing this morning.

Still freezing here at 10.30am, overnight snow froze so can't get out of the drive yet. Very pretty though seeing the snow on the hills, at least we are snowed in at home rather than on a road somewhere.
