Strange thing in the sky I think you people down south call it the sun

so its quite nice for a change but will surely be short lived clouds starting to build up already forecasted more snow later on this afternoon

Pauline give me a shout when your up and maybe we can meet up for a chat?

clear to start, cold last night, cloud building and about 1pm heavy hail and snow flurry for an hour.

Woke up to snow on the ground today - Central Scotland, also several snow showers throught the morning with bright sunshine quickly melting it, thank god. I like the snow, .hate the slush

Well from a beautiful sunny day this morning and not being able to go out to twiddling my thumbs this afternoon because it's pouring down with sleet...can it pour with sleet; doesn't sound right !!

This morning was ok but steadily got colder and there's been hail showers this afternoon. More forecast! Suposed to be dry tomorrow, hope the sun comes out.

It's been dry all day, sunny for most of the late morning and early afternoon. Warm in the sunshine but a biting wind has made it feel bitterly cold.

Think its time we moved to wherever you are tufftie! There has been a hard frost here again, the car windows are white as is the lawns and roofs but the sky is leaden grey and its begining to rain ............

what a combination - hubby is off and was hoping for a day like yesterday........ thankfully in some respects I'm glad I'm working this aft.........

Well as long as I've got my lovely fella to keep be happy ,Pauline, i'd feel springlike even if it was grey and dreary day !!!

LOL - don't men get soppy feelings like that from time to time then - though anything else i might have added would have got me the 'this is a family site' comments, so...!!

Well it really is still springlike here (and i'm not that far from you!) and i've seen my favourite plant in flower - wood anenomes ...so really happy!!!
