Last night there was really heavy rain and a huge thunder storm - it was quite exciting hearing the rain drum away on the mobile home roof! Today it's very cold and fluctuating between mizzle and rain. It's also dark and grey.

Beautiful clear blue sky and sunshine.Now that's a word we haven't used enough this summer. What with the weather and having students I have barely been out with the camera lately. Getting withdrawal symptoms.The weather hasn't done much for my depression either.Feeling bright this morning so Once the students have had brekkie and gone for the day I am forgetting housework and off out .Fingers crossed I don't regret it.Not much fun getting soaked riding along country lanes on the moped |

Julie | Thanks Julie.Yes I have suffered depression for a number of years and getting out with the camera has always been my me time.My daughter is a manic depressive and the last few weeks she has been very on edge and when she gets up she cannot stop cleaning or doing something. She just cannot relax. I am pretty sure the weather is partly the cause. She is having to go for another assessment so they can adjust her meds. It is so hard to cope with things when you get so low.Sometimes I have to force myself to go out but once out I am fine. Off to shower and dress and get out b4 the SUN goes |
