Just been out myself, 28.5 degrees but cloud is building up for thunderstorms tonight.

Its a hot one today-especially when you are working in a stock room with no air conditioning,unless you count windows open and fans blowing.Fat lot of good they are,like working in a fan assisted oven!!!
Just finished work and usually take Rusty(my dog) out for a long walk.Its too hot for him at moment so am going to cook my dinner and take him out about 6-7pm.
Now they are forecasting torrential rain to hit anywhere tomorrow-hope you will be happy then Sheila!!!! May your butts be full to overflowing lol

Beautiful here this morning! Blue skies and very hot. Don't think it reached the predicted 29C though, as I didn't feel too uncomfortable as I wandered the local countryside.

Very humid and grey clouds massing now, I think the thunderstorms are on their way!

A lot of thunder around at the moment, it's sending the dog crazy! A few spots of rain but still unbearably hot and sticky.

Holy macaroni!!!!!!! That was one hell of a thunder storm, It's hit something here as the Sky box and the telly are cooked!!! Can't see any damage though.

Ellen the weather girl say rain everynight but we dont seem to get it do we? It seems hotter now than it has been all day, I believe the temperature throughout tonight until 7 in morn is 21 degrees so a hot night a head. shei

Sun burnt throught he sea mist for a couple of hours this afternoon now its overcast again with the sea haar rolling in again but definately a lot cooler,even the dog could not settle at night had to leave back door open for her to get some cool air,lucky for us we are in quite a good neighbourhood and in the middle of the terrace of houses

it,s been hot here lovely day but just had a short storm dog a reck but it,s topped up my water but, was getting very low.

The wind got up about 5pm down here, clouded over & started raining about half an hour ago, but just a couple of rumbles of thunder.

Hi Shei, my weather stick is starting to droop slightly!!! I rely on that more than the weather girl who as you say rarely gets it right!!

I nearly jumped out of my skin, can't see what it struck but it has seriously cooked the Sky box and fried the telly!! Next doors little telly that they have in the kitchen is cooked too!!!!!!!!!

Hello little bit cloudy here but the blue skies are there too, we had no rain in the night again, but boy was it hot trying to sleep, we were promised heavy downpours but thats about all we get I will have to water the garden in a minuet, I was waiting for the rain but no chance of that . shei.

The most uncomfortably humid and heavy night for a while. We had a lot of rain + thunder/lightening early hours of the morning and its helped a but but more is needed.

We had a big thunderstorm in the night and a good downpour

Fresher air, and a little wind. But no electricity Don't know if this means more storms or due to yesterdays.
