well its hot again 4 days of it now but unfortunately it gets to warm and airless..we just cant get it right..

Warm and sunny this morning! I went for a walk for a couple of hours (up to Dunstable Downs and back through Whipsnade), it was a beautiful morning but I wouldn't have wanted it to be be any warmer!

Shei you must be a bad omen was nice for a hour then we got heavy showers that past as fast as they came like that most of the day very muggy great day out but always is at the Farmers Show got some shots of Barn owls American Kestral and other Raptors from the Raptor Rescue centre still to convert from Raw so nice day out despite the rain at times

It was a lovely sunny morning but is getting humid and overcast as the day wears on.Wouldn't be surprised if we had thunder later.

Lovely and very hot - went for walk along the river and got rather burnt (Kayleigh just got more tanned) - oops Cooler this evening but perhaps that's the sunburn Pubs were good though - had a tasty Russian meal...thankyou Kayleigh

Oh bill never mind you did have a great day out which is nice, weve had a scorcher of a day today, helped my son put his summer house up it was 28 degrees in walberswick suffolk so hot.

A bit dull early but very warm and humid. The sun has just came out and it is lovely now.

Heavy rain and Thunder Storms going on just now the streets are like mini rivers ,glad I stay at top of hill and not down by the river side they always get flooded

Its been another scorcher of a day again, tv said it was 30 in our region and it certaintly felt like it , bill you had 2 good days be satisfied!! shei

The last few days have been hot and humid , just saw a weather warning for East Anglia on the news that we are in for some torrential downpours to-night !!

Though we are lucky down here as we dont get the worst of any bad weather heading our way,it tends to be worse across the water in Kent.Sometimes you can see and hear the storm raging over there while we have sunshine!(probably put the mockers on it now,we'll see!!)

15mm is about 1 inch in old money,Thunder storms stopped now lasted about 3/4 hr but still raining .

Just a slight correction - 1 inch of rain equates to 25 mm (25.4)

Thats OK Bill I dont like working in new money prefer the old system,15mm is about 3/4 inch but you know what the English are ;like they always exagerate

weather up here started very misty and overcast this morning but the sun has just appeared and is starting to burn off the mist looks like a nice day coming
